When I learned that one of the most recognized Peruvian chefs in California was beginning to work at the Picante restaurant, I planned a visit immediately. The place is not very big so we did not go unnoticed, the attention was immediate and friendly. We ordered anticuchos, ceviche, aji de gallina, and papa rellena. All the dishes are very well prepared and delicious but I would definitely go back for the anticuchos as its slices are thin enough be well cooked as I love to eat them.
