Walking into Pablito’s Kitchen is like entering Peru for a moment, the decorations and the aroma of the kitchen invite you to enjoy the typical dishes that are offered with appetizing images in the menu at the counter. The business started operating from a food truck in May of 2016 and in just a few months built a loyal and expanding clientele which was a signal to open the first store in the city of Burbank in Southern California. Although Pablito’s Kitchen is committed to the quick and casual way of serving food that the American customer is used to, their dishes have that authentic flavor that you will only find in Peru.
